Junior Club Coaching Grants

What is a Junior Club Coaching Grant?

A grant of £150.00 is offered to affiliated golf clubs by the EGU/ELGA to put towards their junior club coaching programmes.  Golf clubs are asked to match the grant making a total fund of £300.00,this then enables the golf club to offer approximately 10 lessons for up to 10 juniors per lesson.

By providing regular coaching sessions, golf clubs are demonstrating the importance of coaching and developing skills.  Most importantly though it will help to increase the junior's enjoyment of the game and will provide encouragement to practice.

The grant aid is available from 1st January 2007 to 31st December 2007.
