Surrey Girls Start Up Scheme
The Surrey Golf Partnership has received some funding from Sport Unlimited, to undertake girls start up sessions during the summer term. The Sport Unlimited initiative is aimed at getting more young people participating in sport, and the SGP would like to get more girls playing golf. Four golf clubs, Betchworth Park, Hoebridge Golf Centre, Effingham and Windlesham Golf Clubs are all part of the scheme which offers FREE golf lessons to girls aged 5-15. Each of the clubs will be offering 10 one hour sessions between May and July, designed to give you a fun introduction to golf. For more information please download the flyer or contact Julia Brook on BrookJK1@aol.com or 07803 129914.
